Join St. Louis Innovators For ‘BOUNCE’ TED Talks From TEDxGatewayArch

During life’s daily grind, it’s sometimes difficult to find space to daydream, to think, to breathe life into long-held ideas and to become inspired with new ones. But this December, TEDxGatewayArch is giving you permission to hit the pause button and feed your mind.

Join TEDxGatewayArch on Saturday, December 10 for BOUNCE: An Innovative Playground of Possibilities, when 15 TED speakers will offer thoughts on a variety of technology, education and design topics. The presenters – influential artists, scientists and community innovators – are leading cutting-edge efforts in St. Louis to solve the city’s complex issues now and prepare for what’s next forthe Gateway City. As an event that aims to feature “ideas worth spreading,” BOUNCE encourages audience members to think about things in new ways and be motivated to act – perhaps ending up somewhere completely unexpected.

BOUNCE is the theme for the annual flagship conference for TEDxGatewayArch, the St. Louis arm for the global TED phenomenon in which innovative speakers tackle topics of both local and global importance. But even more than a speaker series, TEDxGatewayArch is a fun idea exchange and networking opportunity. The presentations and break-out sessions spark new perspectives about complex issues among audience members in a wide variety of disciplines, plus BOUNCE will feature exhibitors from St. Louis tech, design and community-building organizations.

Share your ideas and learn about others at BOUNCE, which will be held 11am-6 pm Saturday, December 10, at Skip Viragh Center for the Arts on the campus of Chaminade College Preparatory School. Get more information and register for tickets at
