 In Culture, Guide

As we’ve mentioned before, St. Louis’ creatives and entrepreneurs have quality coworking options throughout the metro area—and the market continues to grow. Here are five new options where you can get right to work:

ThriveCo, St. Louis’ newest co-working space, opened in January and features a wide variety of amenities, plus concierge services like business coaching, brand development and human-resources assistance, as well as added bonuses like discounts on yoga, child care, massage and bike rentals. Mail services begin at $30 per month, part-time office rentals start at $350 per month, full-time office rentals start at $600 per month (and includes parking) and coworking memberships start at $200 per month.

Brennan’s Work & Leisure
The cafe at Brennan’s Work & Leisure has been getting lots of press for its food menu, but the “Work” part of the space offers a menu of services for all levels of entrepreneurs. Memberships range from $95/month to $10,000/year for a top-tier corporate membership. Private offices are also available for lease, and the main space is available for workday presentations and events.

Innovation Hall
Located in the Cortex Innovation District, this self-described “civic innovation center” from Venture Café offers free public workspace that includes white boards, comfy seating and Wi-Fi. Varying sizes of private spaces are available in half-hour increments from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and can be easily booked online. In keeping with Venture Café’s goal of connecting communities, event and assembly spaces are also available. And Innovation Hall‘s onsite restaurant, The Chocolate Pig, is a destination in itself.
