Your Go-To Holiday Beverage By Pastry Chef David Laufer
The Chase Park Plaza will kick off its second annual holiday extravaganza this Thursday, Nov. 26, with its highly popular Thanksgiving Day brunch. Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive on Dec. 1 at 5pm in the not-to-be-missed grand lobby, where executive pastry chef David Laufer has created a life-size Winter Wonderland Gingerbread Village—which took three days to build—that will be on display through Jan. 2.
To truly impress your guests during the holidays this year, Laufer has shared a simple, yet decadent dessert beverage perfect for entertaining or a night in.
