UCBC won three gold medals and one bronze medal last week:

• German Wheat Beer | Gold Medal | Schnickelfritz

• Helles Lager | Gold Medal | Zwickel

• Common Cider | Gold Medal | Bushelhead

• Continental Pilsner | Bronze Medal | Aramis

The competition consisted of more than 700 beers and ciders from breweries and cideries across the globe with each blind-tested and judged by 120 professional brewers, beer industry professionals and beer journalists.

“We’re obviously very pleased for our beers (and cider) to receive awards at this annual competition. It is a great honor to be recognized by fellow brewers and beer experts,” said Urban Chestnut Brewmaster and Co-Founder Florian Kuplent. “These medals are a testament to the skill and dedication of all our brewers.”
