This Week's Dish: Taste of St. Louis Restaurant and Chef Lineup Announced

Budweiser Taste of St. Louis has announced the chefs and restaurants that will be participating for its second year in Chesterfield held from Sept. 18-20. From tacos at Mission Taco Joint to sushi from Drunken Fish and sweet treats from Strange Donuts or Hank’s Cheesecake, you’ll be able to try some of the region’s finest eats lined up on the 314 Hot Sauce Restaurant Row. Items will range from $2-$7. There will be a Battle Royale of eight local chefs on the Stella Artois Stage as well as live music, demonstrations and more. A new sushi spot has opened in Webster Groves. As reported by Sauce Magazine, Pui Nammakhot—former manager of The Loop’s Blue Ocean Sushi—opened The Sushi Station with a soft opening on July 31. The restaurant is currently serving a limited menu with plans to serve a full menu with freshly delivered fish at its grand opening set for September. 29 N. Gore Ave., Webster Groves

Aug. 9-15: Seoul Taco is taking pizza form this week at Katie’s Pizza and Pasta Osteria in Rock Hill. Aug. 14: Grab your blankets and lawn chairs and hang out in Tower Grove Park for Sauce Food Truck Friday this week. Choose from more than 20 different food trucks, drink some 4 Hands Brewing Co. or Urban Chestnut Brewing Co. and enjoy live music from 4-8pm.
