Jan. 4: Looking to indulge one last time before hitting those New Year’s resolutions? Maybe you’re wanting to hit the healthy eating immediately. Popular brunch spot Café Madeleine by Butler’s Pantry, located in the Piper Palm House in Tower Grove Park, will be hosting a special Resolution Brunch the first Sunday of 2015. Seated in a winter wonderland, guests can expect an expansive brunch buffet which will include a large selection of healthy items within the festively-decorated tent to celebrate the upcoming year. For those feeling “naughty,” choose from items like Belgian waffles, seasonal pastas and biscuits with gravy. Those aiming to dine on the “nice” side can enjoy house-smoked salmon, made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit and more. The brunch will be served from 10am-2pm. Reservations are required and will cost $23.75 for adults and $10.75 for children under 10. 4256 Magnolia Avenue, Tower Grove, 314.575.5658

St. Charles’ 4 Seasons Bakery is looking to expand with the help of a Kickstarter campaign. The small, four-year-old bakery—owned by Culinary Institute of America-trained couple Aaron and Agi Groff—is known for selling made-from-scratch pies and other European-style pastries with fresh ingredients. The duo’s campaign video keeps the baking and their family at the forefront, with mentions of the community built around the neighborhood bakery through new friendships, birthdays and anniversaries. Pledges benefit the $40,000 goal to move into a new, renovated space and purchase new equipment and donators will receive different rewards from high fives to recipes and cookie gift boxes. 2012 Campus Drive, St. Charles, 314.288.9176

4 Hands Brewery is now offering lunch daily with new hours from 12pm-10pm. Fans of the brewery can enjoy a colorful menu alongside the craft beers with choices like the Juicy Lucy—a chihuahua cheese stuffed Missouri grass-fed beef patty with all the trimmings on a house beer bun. As reported by Feast, all of the new food items offered are thanks to Baileys’ Fifth Wheel Catering. 1220 S. 8th St., Soulard, 314.436.1559
