This Week's Dish: Anniversary Parties At Sanctuaria & Sidney Street Cafe, Changes Coming To Local Harvest Cafe
Tuesday, Dec. 10: This week, Sanctuaria celebrates a triple anniversary. It’s been four years since the restaurant opened, three years since it launched the beloved Cocktail Club, and one year since the release of “Sanctuaria: The Dive Bar of Cocktail Bars.” The tapas restaurant and cocktail bar is marking the occasion with a night of unique specials. Executive chef Wil Pelly has created four special tapas dishes; Matt Seiter and Joel Clark will return behind the bar and will be making each of the 150 drinks from the cocktail club menu once for $3 per cocktail. As soon as all 150 cocktails are made once at that price, the person who orders the last drink will get a prize—just like when a member finishes the list of 150. Sanctuaria will also hold a charity raffle. A portion of proceeds from raffle sales will benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation. There will be three prizes raffled: A $50 In Good Company gift certificate; a Heaven Hill gift set that includes one bottle of Sanctuaria’s Single Barrel Elijah Craig 12 Year Bourbon, one bottle of Hendrick’s Single Barrel Henry McKenna 10 Year Bourbon, and one bottle of Heaven Hill Gold Label Bonded Bourbon; and a signed copy of “Sanctuaria: The Dive Bar of Cocktail Bars.” Doors open at 5pm and raffle winners will be drawn at 10pm.
