July 23: Salvation Army Garbage Bag Gala
A selection of St. Louis fashion designers will be teaming up in support of the valuable work that is facilitated by the Salvation Army on Thursday, July 23 on the showroom floor of Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis’ new facility, across from the zoo. The designers will create garments out of  trash bags, duct tape and other recyclable materials and present a fashion show to St. Louis’ top tastemakers. A $25 ticket includes valet parking, appetizers and drinks. Music will be provided by 18andCounting. For tickets, times and information, please visit Salvation Army STL on the web.

July 23: End of Season Sample Sale at SKIF
Shop major discounts on spring and summer samples from Michael Drummond and exclusive sale items from SKIF International. Pre-fall collections from both designers will also be available to view. Cocktails and light bites will be provided. 2008 Marconi Ave, The Hill

July 23: Garbshare Open House
St. Louis-based closet organization app Garbshare celebrates their pending launch with an open house event at their Washington Avenue office space. The event will feature music, snacks, drinks and networking with industry professionals in the fashion, tech and small business sector. 6-9pm. 555 Washington Avenue, Suite 310

July 23-26: Ladue Sidewalk Sale
Join a selection of Ladue’s top shops as they offer a summer sidewalk sale that will feature exclusive deals and discounts. Shops are located along Clayton Road near the intersention of Interstate 64.

July 23-25: Lori Coulter Sample Sale
St. Louis’ top swimwear brand Lori Coulter will be hosting their bi-annual sample sale this weekend that will feature items from their most recent lines at up to 75 percent off. The sale will take place at their Downtown studio inside the T-REX building at 911 Washington Ave, Suite 215 on Thursday-Friday (10am-5pm) and Saturday (10am-3pm).

July 23-25: Elliot Lauren Trunk Show at Mister Guy Women’s
Shop the latest from designer Elliot Lauren at Mister Guy Women’s this weekend during the Ladue Sidewalk Sale. Ten percent off discounts will be given store-wide and portions of the proceeds with benefit the St. Louis Jewish Community Center. 9817 Clayton Road

August 1: Pins and Needles
Six competing designers will showcase their latest collections to fashion-goers and will be judged by a panel of fashion experts for a chance to win a grand prize package that is valued at $15,000 which includes $1000 cash prize courtesy of The Saint Louis Fashion Fund and a placement within Saint Louis Fashion Week 2015. The designers include: Rene Frances, Alexis Cook, Isaiah Jenkins, Ryan Moore, Brittany Rader and Barbara Bultman. Guests will vote for the T-Mobile People’s Choice Award via Twitter the night of Pins and Needles. A cocktail hour with hosts Gabrielle Kniery and Nina Blanco will take place at 6pm for VIPs and 7pm for general admission. The runway show starts at 8pm. Boo Cat Club, 812 Union Blvd.
