Nov. 4: Caleres Emerging Designer Award Presented by Saint Louis Fashion Fund
Five finalists from all over the country will compete for a $25,000 cash grant awarded by Caleres and the Saint Louis Fashion Fund. Designer finalists include Julie Haus and Jason Alkire (Haus Alkire), Mike Eckhaus and Zoe Latta (Eckhaus Latta), Azede Jean-Pierre (Azede Jean-Pierre), Katharine Polk (Houghton) and Jordana Warmflash (NOVIS). Who will take home the prize?

Nov. 4: Saint Louis Fashion Fund Gala
A VIP dinner and after-party presented by Saint Louis Fashion Fund honoring Iris Apfel, Paul Dillinger and the late Jeigh Singleton.

Nov. 5: Wear It: Fashion Challenge
Ten designers. One $5,000 cash award. Local designer finalists will create a look inspired by a work of art, showcasing their final design during a special opening event at The Luminary during STLFW. One winner, to be determined by an esteemed panel of judges, will win a $5,000 cash award presented by ALIVE Magazine and Stevens — The Institute of Business & Arts. Finalists: Michael Drummond, Nina Ganci, AJ Thouvenot, Nasheli Ortiz, Qun Liu, Destini Gamble, Barbara Bultman, Alexis Cook, Leah Babette and Tiffany Rae.

Nov. 6: Projects+Gallery Presents Fantich & Young

Nov. 6: Green Ball
Join your friends on Friday, Nov. 6 from 7-11pm at the Moonrise Hotel for the Missouri Botanical Garden’s 6th annual Green Ball. The event supports the EarthWays Center of the Missouri Botanical Gardens which finances premier sustainability education in the Midwest. Wear your most stylish green gown or sustainable “green” look or tux for the chance to win the costume contest and receive a prize.

Nov. 6: Craft on Tap
Visit Grand Studios on Nov. 5 from 6:30-9pm for Craft Alliance’s event “Craft on Tap.” Attendees will explore the use of found objects in creating beautiful jewelry like a seasoned professional as you learn from talented local artist Jessica Andersen. Enjoy beer from local breweries and hors d’oeuvres as you fashion a piece of unique and wearable art.

Nov. 7: All Black Masquerade Fashion Show
Toi Box Couture will host the All Black Masquerade Fashion Show at 555 Washington Avenue. The event will begin on Nov 11 at 6pm for VIP guests with the fashion show to follow at 7pm. Come dressed in your best all Black Masquerade attire!
