Shop My Closet at Devil City—Join the cool crew at Devil City in The Loop this Saturday, Nov. 16 from 10am-12pm and get a first pick preview of the “Shop My Closet Sale.” Three dollars gets you first dibs on gently used clothing and accessories while enjoying free Red Bull and beer with DJ Jake Kamp. The sale opens to everyone at noon on Nov. 16 and runs through Dec. 1. Devil City is located at 6301 Delmar Boulevard in The Loop.

St. Louis International Film Festival—The highly anticipated St. Louis International Film Festival kicks off this Thursday, Nov. 14 and has an added fashion film track this year. The festival will feature three fashion focused films; “Material Success,” which follows the misadventures of eccentric Toronto fashion designer Bruno Ierullo; “Tents,” which documents the birth of New York Fashion Week, its expansion as well as its move out of Bryant Park; and “Versailles 73,” a film documenting the wave of American ready-to-wear designers who took the french haute couture establishment by storm. Hats! Purses! Shoes!—This Saturday, Nov. 16 and Sunday, Nov. 17 fashionistas will be flocking to the Convention Center Downtown for a one-of-a-kind shopping event. Vendors from all across the nation will come together to showcase the latest trends in hats, purses and shoes. Shoppers will experience the intimate setting found in small boutiques with the selection of a large department store. The event runs from 10am-10pm on Saturday and 11am-8pm on Sunday. Sweet Boutique Expands—Sweet Boutique in Clayton is happy to announce the expansion of their current space. The shop has taken over the former Byrd Style Lounge space to make room for an even more exceptional shopping experience.
