Mar. 25: HAUTE HIP-HOP Closing Reception
Celebrate the closing of projects+gallery’s exhibition Haute Hip-Hop in style. Hip-hop artist Bates and fellow female emcees from St. Louis’ own Femcee Nation Organization, as well as DJ Agile One, will perform throughout the evening. This event coincides with the openings of neighboring Duane Reed Gallery and Philip Slein Gallery’s newest shows.

Mar. 26: Saint Rita Parlor presents The Florissant Collection
Designer Neil Bardon returns to St. Louis this week and will host an exclusive preview of his newest eyewear “The Florissant Collection,” at The Night Owl by Tree House on South Grand from 7-1:30pm. DJ sets by Aaron Stovall (So Many Dynamos) and Mikey Wehling.

10denza hosts a trunk show event for Sue Woo Jewels on Thursday, March 31 from 4-8pm. Designer Sue Sitki has been designing jewelry for a decade, incorporating beadwork and vintage materials into one-of-kind wearable pieces. Her latest inspiration is Coco Chanel, taking authentic Chanel buttons and vintage earrings and transforming them into classic and edgy jewelry. Wine, bites and shopping.

April 2: Missouri History Museum presents “Little Black Dress: From Mourning To Night”
“Little Black Dress: From Mourning to Night” opens on April 2 and will feature more than 60 dresses from the museum’s world-renowned textile collection, including a look by St. Louis-based designer Michael Drummond. On opening day, guests can shop for their own LBD at the Boutique Bonanza that will be located on the front lawn of the museum, featuring Parsimonia, Rack + Clutch, Upscale Mobile Resale’s Mystique Boutique and Miki’s Closet by ScholarShop. Free admission will be offered throughout the exhibits run. The show will continue through Sept. 5.
