After several years of moving to different locales throughout the city, Saint Louis Fashion Week has secured a permanent 3-year home at Downtown landmark, Union Station. The decision to offer stability to the ever-growing fashion event came easy to STLFW co-founder Elizabeth Tucker. “Once we saw the space it was a no-brainer. It’s as if it was built with the notion that it would be a fashion center,” says Tucker. Stephen O’Loughlin of Lodging Hospitality Management, which purchased Union Station in 2012, agrees, “This is absolutely a win-win, a great thing for us to come out of the gate and unveil our new space.”

After renovations are complete, Union Station’s Grand Hall will feature an ornate digital ceiling and a 1900s-style bar and lounge that will serve as a prep and cocktail area for the STLFW shows. The first collaborative event will premiere this spring.
