Nov. 12: Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Grand Opening at Plaza Frontenac
The highly anticipated furniture retailer Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams celebrates their St. Louis store opening on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at their newest location at Plaza Frontenac. The event will also commemorate the company’s 25th anniversary and the release of the pair’s celebratory coffee table book, “Who We Are.” From 6-9pm, guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, music by Mexico City DJ’s Tom and Collins. Nov. 12: Daniella Kallmeyer Trunk Show at Lusso
The winner of the 2014 Saint Louis Fashion Fund Emerging Designer Competition, presented by Brown Shoe Company,  will return to St. Louis on Wednesday, Nov. 12 for an exclusive trunk show event at Lusso in Clayton. Guests will be able to meet the designer while shopping her celebrated fall line as well as have an opportunity to pre-order items from her winning spring collection recently shown at Saint Louis Fashion Week. The event will take place from 2-6pm at Lusso, 165 Carondelet Plaza.

Nov. 13: Kosta Konstantino at Neiman Marcus
Neiman Marcus welcomes international jewelry designer Kosta Konstantino for an exclusive personal appearance to celebrate 20 years of Konstantino Jewelry. Guests will be able to view his new fall collection which features 40 limited edition pieces and an 18k yellow gold collection. The event will take place from 2-7pm on Thursday, Nov. 13 and will feature live music, hors d’oeuvres and complimentary cocktails.

Nov. 14: Green Ball
The 5th annual Green Ball will take place on Friday, Nov. 14 at the Moonrise Hotel in the Loop to benefit the EarthWays Center of the Missouri Botanical Garden, which supports some of our region’s best sustainability education work. The fun and unique event calls for creative “green” attire, with Best Dressed prizes given away to the most fabulous and sustainable! Nov. 14: Art:314
The Contemporary Art Museum presents Art:314, a silent auction and party to benefit CAM’s Open Studio STL program and Front Room exhibition series. Over 40 local artists will present their work in a salon style set up at CAM. Guests will enjoy open bar, music by DJ Needles and exclusive access to one of the hottest art events of the season. Nov. 14: My November Valentine show at Reese Gallery
Warming you up this winter, Reese Gallery presents their newest exhibit, “My November Valentine: A Tribute to the Heart in Winter,” featuring artists Grace Kubilius and Jeremy Lampe. Wearable Artist, Kubilius, presents her collection inspired by children’s love poetry, while Lampe creates heart-like glass vessels that play with light and vulnerability. Glass and garment collide in this not-to-miss art meets fashion event that opens on Friday from 6-8pm, with a special live artwear performance, “Oh, How I Love You” by Kubilius at 6:30pm.

Nov. 18: SLIFF presents “Advanced Style”
The annual St. Louis International Film Festival takes place Nov. 13-23, presenting a variety of independent films at several theaters around the city. On Tuesday, Nov. 18, SLIFF presents the highly acclaimed documentary “Advanced Style” which examines the lives of seven New Yorkers whose eclectic personal style and vital spirit have guided their approach to aging. The film is based on Ari Seth Cohen’s popular blog of the same name. The film will premiere at noon on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at Plaza Frontenac. A must-attend for fashion lovers!
