- Dwight Carter has announced a new twist on his boutique, fashion-focused PR company Rock Uniform. Carter plans to launch an online boutique specializing in independent local designers under the name Rock Uniform while his PR firm will take on a new identity, Brainchild Events. Although neither site has officially launched, we can look forward to seeing them up and running this spring.
