Stay Broke owner and designer Nick Lenzini had been teasing a big project in the works on social media but the official announcement came by way of a unique promo video that was released on the web yesterday. Lenzini, along with Seth Feldman of Swedlife and longtime friend and collaborator photographer/videographer Cory Miller, created an ode to one of our personal favorite cult comedy flicks—specifically the “kill the printer” scene from “Office Space.” The result is a deadpan of the original, complete with score, unkempt office attire and a baseball bat.

Lenzini says that although the final roster of items isn’t currently being released, fans of the brands can look forward to a full lookbook and another short film coming soon. View the video now on Stay Broke’s Twitter page and be sure to mark your calendars for the official Swedlife x Stay Broke launch in store at 6378 Delmar on Aug. 19 at 11am.
