V Projects, a brand new “sister” gallery to the established Bruno David, has taken the helm to offer an exciting design competition called Wear It on Thursday, Nov. 5¬†as part of STLFW. The event will feature up to 10 St. Louis-based designers who will compete for a $5,000 prize which will be awarded by STLFW media partner ALIVE Magazine.

The Wear It event will be one of several new events in the STLFW lineup, which also includes the Caleres Emerging Designer Competition, Projects+Gallery presents Apex Predator|Darwinian Voodoo by Fantich & Young, a St. Louis-based designer pop-up at SKIF International, and pre-Fashion Week events that include a runway show kickoff party at West County Center and a Fashion Bus Tour of some of STL’s hottest boutiques.
