Saint Louis Fashion Fund’s 2015 Caleres Emerging Designer Award finalist Azede Jean-Pierre returns to the Lou on Friday for a trunk show and meet-and-greet event at Lusso in Carondelet Plaza. Haitian-born Jean-Pierre began working under industry vets like Ralph Rucci and Ohne Titel before starting her eponymous line just a few years ago, quickly earning buzz after being worn by celebrities including Lady Gaga, Solange Knowles and First Lady Michelle Obama. She premiered her SS16 line in St. Louis during Saint Louis Fashion Week where she was a finalist for the Caleres Emerging Designer Award—connecting her brand to a new Midwest fan base.

The spring/summer 2016 collection will be available to purchase during the Friday event, which takes place from 11am-3pm at Lusso (165 Carondelet Plaza, Clayton), with 10 percent of the proceeds benefiting COCA St. Louis.
