STL Now: St. Louisans Sound Off

Six well-known personalities share whats on their must-have holiday wish lists.

HEIDI GLAUS, NEWSCHANNEL 5, KSDK
“I’m a huge Wynonna Judd fan, and on December 4, it will be the 23rd time I’ve seen her in concert. I’ve even traveled to seven states for shows! So the perfect Christmas present would be a one-on-one interview with Wy. My birthday is Christmas Eve and that would be one gift I would even accept as a birthday/Christmas gift together.”

SAM BRADFORD, QUARTERBACK, ST. LOUIS RAMS
“Since I’m away from home, I would like more than anything to spend time with my family for Christmas.”

DEB PETERSON, COLUMNIST, ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH
“I would love to get the gift of a ‘chef of the month.’ In my fantasy, a chef from one of St. Louis’ great restaurants would cater dinner for me and my family once a month. I would like this for a variety of reasons; mainly so I could sample what’s offered without having to make it a busman’s holiday. With all the going out I do, I enjoy the opportunity to stay home. And I also have to confess, I do not love to cook.”

PAUL HA DIRECTOR, CONTEMPORARY ART MUSEUM ST. LOUIS
“For the holidays this year, I think my family is going to try to spend some extra time with my mom. We always visit for a couple of days during Christmas, but she is getting on in her years and I very much want my children to remember her as a vibrant, fun grandma. So we’ll be down in the Washington D.C. area for a few extra days.”

NELLY, HIP-HOP STAR
“Quality time at home with the fam!”

KARLIE KLOSS, MODEL
“I love to cook, and I especially love to bake! My list includes classes at Kitchen
Conservatory in Clayton. I would love to learn culinary tips and techniques from
the pros! I can spend hours at Williams Sonoma! Gadgets and tools make the whole
process more fun. I’m starting an empire of red KitchenAid tools. I already have quite the collection, but trust me (like shoes), you can never have too many kitchen tools!”
