MEKA, YOUR NEW MECCA
A self-described “girly-girl with a love for fashion,” Meg Meyer recently opened Chesterfield-based Meka Boutique to the delight of guys and gals who love to wear the latest trends. In addition to housing head-to-toe looks for her, including Wildfox Couture tees, Hudson jeans, Mariana jewelry, Old Gringo bags and shoes by Zigi NY, Meka also sells a selection of tees and button-downs for him—because manly men love fashion, too (1634 Clarkson Rd., 314.757.7011).
HIGHWAY TO HELL YEAH!
If you’re a jeans-and-a-tee type of gal, get revved up to shop! Vintage Highway, a T-shirt line by the brains behind Chesterfield’s Pulse Boutique, is now available in store. Handmade and one of a kind, each is made from a soft burnout fabric that has a vintage, worn-in feel—and features a bright-and-bold graphic; choose from flowers, butterflies, animal prints and more (636.519.4022).
If you’re a fan of Nicole Richie’s look, from her triple-strand headband to her Christian Louboutins, you’re in luck. The poster girl for hippie-chic style has introduced a new Tribal Collection under her popular House of Harlow 1960 accessories label that looks straight from her jewelry box. Choose from chunky bangles, stackable rings and bright turquoise pendants, available locally at Blush Boutique (314.965.4411).
