St. Louis’ most fashionable are marking their calendars for “Ripping the Runway,” the not-to-be-missed fashion production, Thursday, Feb. 27. Presented by BEcolorBlind and Blaq Seance Productions, the inaugural fundraiser will benefit Doorways, a non-profit organization that provides housing and supportive services to improve the health and quality of life for those living with HIV.

The event will showcase several talented fashion designers including Caroline Willard and Shukuru Couture (pictured) and include live entertainment by ShowMe Charlotte, DJ Karma, and many more. The evening will also include a vendor showcase featuring products from local movers and shakers, as well as a special guest appearance by designer Mitchell Craig-Meyer, who will be creating a special concept piece for model Madalina Ehret.

What better way to support a good cause than by a night of fashion and entertainment provided by creative artists from right here in St. Louis? Invest in the VIP package and enjoy the company of St. Louis’ elite for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres by Aminah’s Treats before the show.

To purchase tickets for the event and to see a complete list of designers, entertainment, and vendors, go to Ripping the Runway for Doorways.
