Preview: Ballpark Village Dedication and Grand Opening Events

The brand-new Ballpark Village is set to open this Thursday, and the events are piling up. Check out our list of top events you won’t want to miss through all of the dedication and grand-opening celebrations.

March 27 – Don’t miss the opening ceremony, private VIP party and, most importantly, the free concert by hard-rocking band Third Eye Blind, live on the FOX Sports Midwest Live! Stage.

March 28 – There is a special opening at Cardinals Nation, FOX Sports Midwest Live!, Budweiser Brew House and Drunken Fish for lunch. Later in the evening, there is a Founders VIP event, which honors all of the construction workers who have helped in the Ballpark Village projects.

March 29 – The Cardinals Nation restaurant’s grand opening is Saturday evening, and there will be a special ceremony as well as a private party. Don’t miss the St. Louis Blues Hockey watch party in FOX Sports Midwest Live! Also, check out the Budweiser Brew House’s official grand opening later in the evening. To top it all off, there’s a spectacular fireworks display over Busch Stadium.

March 30 – On Sunday, you can bring the whole family (or friends) to the Ballpark Village Family Fun Event, which lasts until 5pm. Then, later in the night, head out to the Red Bull Hospitality Party.

March 31 – Monday marks the official FOX Sports Midwest Live! grand opening, starting at 11am.  You won’t want to miss the Cardinals season-opener watch party taking place there later in the evening.

April 3 – Catch the Throwback Thursday debut at FOX Sports Midwest LIVE! This will mark the beginning of a series of Throwback Thursday events.

April 4 – Check out Dr. Zhivegas as they play on Clark St. as part of the new Inaugural Fridays. Later on, PBR St. Louis – A Cowboy Bar has its official grand opening with a party.

April 7 – It’s finally opening day in St. Louis! Check out the Cardinals Nation Museum and Hall of Fame’s grand opening earlier in the day, and don’t miss the opening day rally on the Busch II infield as well as the Ballpark Village lot.
