The new beer company, Brew Hub, landing in Chesterfield next year has hired Jim Ottolini as its new chief of brewing operations. Ottolini comes from more than 22 years of experience and growth with Schlafly, where his responsibilities included brewing and packaging operations at both of the brewery’s locations. Ottolini will spearhead the design and construction of the brewery and brewing operations once the building goes up.
