The hard root beer craze hit STL with two locals—Fitz’s Bottling Co. and O’Fallon Brewery—joining forces. Now available around town at local grocery stores, the new brew was crafted at O’Fallon’s recently expanded 40,000-square-foot brewery in Maryland Heights.

Schlafly Beer launched its American IPA on Memorial Day, making it the third brew of its seasonal rotating IPA series. The AIPA is available at its two locations as well as their entire distribution region and is made of hops sourced directly from hop farmers in Oregon and Washington—giving citrus and fruit flavors, bitterness and a touch of a resin-pine.
