On Tap: Enjoy BBQ, Bourbon, Beer at Ballpark Village’s Pig & Swig

Kathy Kuper and Bill Foster, the husband and wife team behind STL’s Big O Ginger Liqueur, have been recognized internationally. The five-year-old business recently won the gold medal at the prestigious Denver International Spirits Competition (DISC) in the Herbal Botanical Liqueur category. The company also took home the silver award for the herbal category at the Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition. The product can be found in stores and on cocktail menus around town.

July 8-9: Get your barbecue and drink on this weekend at Ballpark Village for Pig & Swig. July 11-12: Take a break and join your friends for July’s Coloring Club with some local beer at Urban Chestnut. For $5, you’ll get your own coloring page designed by a local artist, with a portion of the proceeds going toward charities around town. 4465 Manchester Ave., The Grove
