Beer-lovers won’t want to miss the St. Louis Microfest this weekend. Hosted on May 6-7 at the Muny Grounds in Forest Park, festival-goers can experience craft brews both locally and worldwide at one of the three scheduled session times. In addition to the tastings, delicious eats, live entertainment, sessions with local culinary and craft brewers and a homebrewing competition, you can burn off some of those beer calories by participating in the annual Micro Run. Local breweries such as Urban Chestnut Brewing Co., Earthbound Beer, The Old Bakery Beer Co., Schlafly, Perennial Artisan Ales and many more will be there. Proceeds from the weekend will benefit Lift for Life, so you’ll even be drinking for a good cause. 1 Theatre Drive, Forest Park
