The magazine called out Olio’s charming location in a red-and-white-tiled 1930s Standard Oil Filling Station and its mix-and-match antique glassware, noting that chef and owner Ben Poremba “has a knack for making the old feel remarkably new.”

Conde Nast Traveler also highlighted Poremba’s highly anticipated chicken and whiskey joint Old Standard, scheduled to open in the beginning of September.
