Morgan Street Brewery Hosts BrewFest and 19th Birthday Bash This Saturday

Morgan Street Brewery hosts Brewfest on Sept. 6 and celebrates 19 years.Morgan Street Brewery, one of St. Louis’ oldest craft breweries, is celebrating 19 years in the city. As previously reported by ALIVE, the Downtown brewery is up for sale, but owners Steve Owings and Dennis Harper say the brewery won’t be closing, just switching hands.

This Saturday from 12-4pm, Morgan Street is hosting a BrewFest and 19th Birthday Bash.

Morgan Street will be pouring some of their favorite brews like the Golden Pilsner, Black Bear, Pumpkin and Honey Wheat. They’ll also have unlimited samples from more than 17 local breweries, including Urban Chestnut, 2nd Shift, 4 Hands, Charleville and Schlafly, among others.

Guests will receive a free commemorative tasting glass and listen to live music from Jeremiah Johnson.
