Mango Peruvian Cuisine Celebrates 10th Anniversary With 10 Special Menu Additions

During the month of September, Mango Peruvian Cuisine is celebrating their 10th anniversary. Nestled in the Washington Ave. Loft District Downtown, the modern Peruvian fusion restaurant offers a variety of dishes calling attention to the fresh produce, spices and herbs that serve as a hallmark of Peruvian cuisine.

In celebration of the milestone, Mango is offering a mix of old favorites from the past decade and new additions to the menu:

  • Bonny Doon Albarino from Central Coast, California (orange and tangerine wine with a dry finish)
  • Matsu “El Picaro” Tempranillo from Toro, Spain (bright fruit wine with light smoke and moderate tannin)
  • Passion Fruit Pisco Sour (pisco, passion fruit puree, egg white and simple syrup)
  • Lychee Martini (pisco, lychee juice, lime juice and simple syrup)
  • Chicha Morada with Pisco (purple corn with pineapple juice, cinnamon and pisco)
  • Papa Rellena con Mariscos (crispy potato filled with shrimp, scallops and octopus)
  • Chupe (Peruvian bouillabaise with shrimp, calamari, scallop and a fried quail egg)
  • Arroz con Pollo (cilantro-braised chicken with cilantro rice)
  • Anticucho Sampler with Majado de Yuca (carne, corazon and pollo skewer with mashed yuca)
  • Dessert Trio (arroz con leche, mazamorra, alfajor)
