We are thrilled to announce the launch of our #31DaysOfMovement campaign. If you’ve been trying to decide on a good time to get healthy, the time is now. At ALIVE, we believe staying healthy and fit isn’t simply a hobby, it’s a lifestyle. So to celebrate the release of our July Health + Fitness issue, we challenge you to join us and pledge to live well for 31 days.

Every day in July we will be sharing healthy ideas, fitness tips, recipes, personal experiences and more. Have you ever wondered where to start when committing to a healthy diet? Join us July 20-26, for 7 days of clean eating, complete with recipes and menu options. Are you curious about ways to get fit in STL? Come along with us as we explore everything from local sand volleyball to rock climbing.
