Jill McGuire
Founder and Executive Director | Regional Arts Commission

During her time as Executive Director of RAC—a tenure that began in 1985—Jill McGuire has led the organization to receive more than 5,000 grants, cumulatively totaling $65 million. The Arts & Education Council awarded McGuire the 2015 Lifetime Achievement in the Arts award for her 29 years of servitude and support for the endeavors of all art organizations in St. Louis. Her support in local artists and art organizations has cultivated the culture of the city and helped make the arts community what it is today.
