Herbie’s Annual Patio Party: A Clayton Dining Destination Unwinds

 In Event, Sponsored

From one perspective, Herbie’s in Clayton is respected for its fine dining, extensive wine list, seasonal cocktails and live music three nights a week. But there’s another perspective on this longtime local favorite—and the annual patio party is your chance to experience the restaurant’s flip side.

On July 12, join owner Aaron Teitelbaum and the Herbie’s team for an extended happy hour where you can listen to timeless rock, soul and blues from St. Louis band Hi-Pointe Soul Revue and shop locally made artisan wares from members of The Women’s Creative. Executive chef Ramon Cuffie—who brought a fresh approach to the kitchen earlier this year—joins the party too, and you can sample a selection of his dishes.

The menu includes arancini, arborio rice stuffed with gruyere and mushroom duxelles, and three kinds of sliders: eggplant caponata, smoked trout and braised beef.
