Fashion Blogger Lindsay Pattan at Heartland Underdog has teamed up with ALIVE Fashion Editor Samantha Chadwick in an effort to raise money for the newly founded Fashion Fund. ALIVE Publisher and Co-Founder Elizabeth Tucker initiated the Fashion Fund to help designers reach new levels of success in their extremely competitive field. This year Tucker is raising funds to send designer Emily Koplar of Wai Ming to Dallas Market, and to fund a career-boosting $30,000 prize package to the winner of Project:Design! 2013. Funding will also go toward bringing key fashion influencers to Saint Louis Fashion Week in an effort to connect these emerging designers with those mentors and personalities who can help launch their careers. If that doesn’t convince you to attend, we’ve rounded up a few more reasons not to miss this exclusive fashion event this Friday, July 26 from 6pm-10pm.

Shop ’til you drop—Lindsay Pattan, best known as @Miss Ohio Vintage of HeartlandUnderdog.com, and Fashion Editor Samantha Chadwick will have endless amounts of vintage and designer clothing, shoes and accessories up for grabs at affordable prices in a wide range of sizes. The local fashionistas have opened their closets up for this one-night-only event.

The Mini Food Bar—Prepare yourself for the moment you set eyes on the tiniest burgers you have ever seen. The event is boasting an American appetizer station that will include miniature versions of timeless favorites like cheeseburgers, hot dogs and chicken and waffles. An Italian appetizer station will include; spaghetti and meatballs on a stick, salad on a stick, grilled garlic bread, and homemade pizza.

The Bar—A secret signature cocktail will be featured alongside an open bar stocked with anything and everything under the sun. Expect to see a few things you haven’t tried before.

Tickets to this event are available starting at $15, 100% of ticket sales go towards the Fashion Fund.
