Goose Island's Migration Week Kicks Off Tonight

Goose Island Beer Co. is migrating to St. Louis and starting tonight, they’re hosting several craft beer events in the area to celebrate. Brewers, educators and brand ambassadors will meet face-to-face with local beer lovers to share Goose Island favorites, as well as new beers debuting in 2014.

On Tuesday, Sept. 23 from 8:30-10pm, Goose Island is hosting a Bourbon County Event at the new Three Kings Pub in Des Peres. They’ll be pouring a few beers from their Bourbon County line, including the BCS Coffee ’12, BCS Backyard Rye ’13, BCS ’13 and BCS Barleywine 13. 11925 Manchester Rd., Des Peres

Goose Island takes over the taps at Handlebar in The Grove on Wednesday, Sept. 24 from 6-9pm. They’ll be pouring their Devon, Matilda, Sofie, Juliet ’12, Gillian ’12, Madame Rose ’12, BCS ’12, BCS Coffee ’12, 312 and IPA. 4127 Manchester Ave., The Grove, 314.652.2212

An intimate Goose Island Girls’ Night Out at Jilly’s Cupcake Bar on Thursday, Sept. 25 from 6-8pm will feature Jilly’s renowned cupcakes paired with Goose Island’s Sofie, Matilda and Bourbon County Stout. 8509 Delmar Blvd., University City, 314.993.5455

The week wraps up with the Wild Goose Chase scavenger hunt on Saturday, Sept. 27 from noon-4pm. The hunt starts at Market Pub House and takes places over two hours as participants search for five Golden Eggs around the city, solving trivia, puzzles, questions and challenges along the way. Prizes include a trip for two to Chicago, a staycation, two 312 road bikes, Goose Island swag and more. 6655 Delmar Blvd., The Loop, 314.727.8880
