Prosciutto Wrapped Figs (Sandra Lee, foodnetwork.com)
1. Quarter the figs, cut a small hole in the center of each piece and fill with goat cheese.
2. take a slice of prosciutto and diagonally wrap it around the fig.
3. drizzle honey and pumpkin pie spice over each fig, place in the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
