Fashion Magic at Macy’s Saint Louis Galleria

A brisk, Fall-like evening and hot Fall fashions set the perfect mood for Day 3 of Saint Louis Fashion Week.

Last night, on a drizzly, fall-like evening, Saint Louis Fashion Week held its third show at Macy’s Saint Louis Galleria. The brisk weather outside created the ideal mood for the men’s and women’s fall fashions that would parade down the runway, including classic trench coats, smart work essentials, slick menswear, military-inspired outerwear, biker-chic leather jackets, of-the-moment fur vests and fur trim galore.

Models with season-perfect makeup by MAC (think bold lips and lush lashes) and sculptural yet feminine hair by Salon Papillon ruled the runway in clothing from lines such as INC International Concepts, Alfani, RACHEL Rachel Roy, MICHAEL Michael Kors, Kensie, Calvin Klein, Miss Me, Buffalo David Bitton, Jessica Simpson and Coach.

Before and after the runway presentation, guests enjoyed a Bud Select happy hour featuring complimentary Bud Select, Select 55, Bacardi Lemonade and complimentary appetizers from JVincent’s FoodEdge and Vito’s Sicilian Pizzeria & Ristorante. After the show, guests were invited to receive 20 percent off when they shopped Macy’s Impulse and INC International Concepts departments. And because giving back is always in style, 100 percent of the evening’s proceeds from ticket sales benefited HavenHouse St. Louis, a nonprofit organization that provides lodging, support and comfort to families traveling to St. Louis for medical care.
