Fashion Hits And Misses At The 2014 SAG Awards
The Screen Actor’s Guild Awards brought out another round of best (and worst) dressed celebs on the red carpet. From sparkles to brights, here is our rundown of the evening’s most notable looks.
We have a feeling that Lupita Nyong’o will top the Best Dressed lists all season long—the “12 Years A Slave” actress did not disappoint in this perfectly spring-inspired teal Gucci gown.
Jennifer Lawrence channeled her inner disco queen in this sparkly Christian Dior. We loved the look despite her lack of equally eye-catching accessories.
Elisabeth Moss has been another top red carpet contender so far this season. Taking the crimson cue from the Golden Globes, she looks fabulous in Michael Kors, with matching lip color to boot.
Red carpet white always makes a statement. We loved this sporty, chic-inspired gown worn by Gretchen Mol. With different shoes and a bold lip, she would’ve been an excellent contender for the evening’s Best Dressed.
Camilla Alves may just be one of the only people that can actually pull off this vibrant goldenrod color. She looked stunning in the Donna Karen Atelier creation. Matthew McConaughey also gets a nod for his patterned tux jacket.
Amy Adams absolutely stunned in this jaw-dropping Antonio Berardi gown. Head-to-toe, Adams screams silver screen siren in our top look of the night.
Mayim Bialik must have thought she was going to a quinceañera when she put on this lace and lavender number.
Sophie Turner channeled her inner bridesmaid in this plain strapless dress-with-satin-belt combo that left us less than enthused.
Sufe Bradshaw’s look screamed “goth princess costume party.” We were surprised the beautiful actress chose a gown with such an unflattering cut and unfortunate choice of accessories.
Music gents and mavens hit the red carpet for the Grammys next weekend. Stay tuned next week for more Hollywood hits and misses!
