Fashion, Fragrance and More for the Modern Man at Fair Debonaire This Weekend
This year’s annual Fair Debonaire in St. Louis will take place this coming Sunday, Oct. 21, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Schlafly in Downtown St. Louis, with free admission. You’ll find a perfectly fashionable mix of new fragrances, personal-care products, soap, razors, shaving cream, tailoring and more from independently owned St. Louis artisans.
It’s the perfect place for the groomed modern man to meet the makers behind product favorites and learn about new discoveries. Participating brands include Chatillon Lux, Stirling Soap Company, Shave HQ, Adam Lough, CF Maidlow, Original Gents Menswear and more.
The event is organized by Shawn Maher, founder of his own fragrance line Chatillon Lux. Maher has gathered and curated a group of inspirational creators with the kind of unique talent and know-how that allows attendees to explore new trends in a comfortable environment.
Maher’s deep passion for St. Louis is apparent in the fragrances he develops, which are all inspired by South City in some way, reflecting “boundless creativity and resilience in the face of adversity found throughout the city’s rich history,” as Maher writes on the event’s website. It’s a mentality that’s that mainstay of Fair Debonaire as well.
