Get ready for the “greatest beer show on earth,” as the Lupulin Carnival rolls back into town this Saturday, March 28 from 2-6pm. Now in its fourth year hosted by 4 Hands Brewing Co., craft beer connoisseurs can enjoy more than 50 local and national breweries participating in the carnival, including the celebratory release of 4 Hands’ War Hammer.

With the purchase of a $40 ticket per person, guests will be able to sample from all the participating breweries, which will include local and national brands such as Louisville’s Against the Grain, locally-based Perennial Artisan Ales and more. Food trucks Seoul Taco, Completely Sauced and Dogs ‘n Frys will be on the scene throughout the afternoon to provide eats as well as The Fifth Wheel catering company with sweet treats from Strange Donuts and Ices Plain & Fancy.

Live music will be provided from bands Jungle Fire and Fattback, along with a DJ to keep the tunes going after the live performances.

And as most carnivals go, the Lupulin Carnival will also feature a number of carnival acts, games and even a 40-foot Ferris wheel. The games are also an opportunity to give back, as the carnival will be contributing 100 percent of the proceeds from all games to HOPE for Young Adults with Cancer.

On the way out, pick up a bottle of 4 Hands War Hammer before it hits the markets. The imperial IPA is brewed with Pacific Northwest hops, with aromas of pineapple, mango and tangerine.
