Caleres Fashion Entrepreneur Competition Announces Five Designer Finalists

On Nov. 10, fashion and business fans alike will head to Majorette to see five St. Louis-based designers vie for up to $10,000 in the Caleres Fashion Entrepreneur Competition. Theresa Wangia of Beltshazzar Jewels, Crystal Frazier of Qristyl Frazier Designs, Claire Flowers, Ralph Cordova of Rafael Adón, and Christina Fogerty of Fauxgerty will be moving forward as finalists in the competition, which takes a more business-minded approach than Saint Louis Fashion Week competitions in years past.

The big event marks the official grand finale of this year’s 10-week Saint Louis Fashion Week season and will take place on Nov. 10. Each of the five finalists will showcase a look, present their vision and business plan, and exhibit their creative process in an effort to win a grand prize of $10,000, a second prize of $5,000 and/or a People’s Choice marketing package.
