Last night, the Blue Man Group ventured over to Peabody Opera House for an incredible show complete with humor, imaginative scenes, music and, of course, a whole lot of blue.

The interactive show pulled in different audience members, created awkward but hilarious scenes, made use of colors and strategic lighting and, toward the end, created a spectacular dance party right in the heart of the theater. Crowd members ranged from the extremely young to older, but all were equally entertained and mesmerized by the display in front of them.

Terry Tungjunyatham, who lived in St. Louis during his high school years and attended Chaminade, was also on stage playing unusual instruments and keeping up with the crazy antics acted out by the blue-painted men.

Don’t worry if you didn’t make last night’s show, however. The Blue ¬†Man Group is in town all of this weekend and has four more performances this weekend. Find more info, and purchase tickets through the Peabody Opera House.
