ALIVE on the Scene: SLAM Exposed Best Dressed
ALIVE was on the scene this weekend at SLAM Exposed, a party held to benefit the Saint Louis Art Museum. The Museum’s new contemporary wing housed St. Louis’ most creative and fashionable attendees. We’ve rounded up our favorite looks from the artful event.
Cheresse Pentella, Public Relations Manager at Neiman Marcus, St. Louis looked stunning in her abstract dress. The asymmetrical neckline and print added interest to the classic and flattering shape.
Tania Beasley-Jolly, Public Relations Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue St. Louis designed this colorful frock herself. She fell in love with the beautiful fabric while vacationing in Paris so she took it to her tailor, who created the one-of-a-kind piece for her.
Susan Sherman never disappoints when it comes to fashion. The Yigal Azrouel dress was unexpectedly sultry with the diamond cut-outs and high-shine texture.
Reshma Chattaram Chamberlin, CEO at B&C Designers, amazed in her floral sari which was hand-painted by her mother. The refreshing, light take on creative cocktail stood out in a sea of sequins.
Aurora and Drura Parrish came from Kentucky in style to attend the event. We love how the cool couple incorporated contemporary elements to their vintage inspired looks.
If you haven’t stopped by the newly opened East Building at the Museum yet, be sure to pencil it in soon. For information on upcoming events and hours visit here.
