Join The Muny for the musical performance of “Aida.” Set in ancient Egypt, The Muny brings Verdi’s beloved story of ill-fated lovers in ancient Egypt to life with an enchanting performance of Elton John’s soaring melodies, including “Written in the Stars” and “Elaborate Lives,” performed by the stunning Michelle Williams.

6/ “Inherit the Wind”

Heagney Theatre
Insight Theatre Company presents the historic drama “Inherit the Wind.” Written by Jerome Lawrence and Robert Edwin Lee in 1955, this play fictionalizes the Scopes “Monkey” Trial of the 1920s involving the right to teach evolution over creationism in schools.

Aug. 13
Old Rock House
