The 18,000-square-foot space resides in the vibrant Cortex Innovation District at the corner of Forest Park and Boyle avenues, and is one of 10 locations throughout the United States, each sponsored and established differently.

“There is no other TechShop that has a community like Cortex that has really promoted entrepreneurship and innovation,” says Chris Ruzicka, TechShop’s director of St. Louis business development and community engagement in an interview with EQ, making the St. Louis location one of the most highly anticipated additions to the area’s thriving entrepreneurial landscape.

During the preview event, guests will be able to tour the space, learn more about the workshop, studio and membership programs, demo state-of-the-art equipment, view a class roster, meet fellow makers and TechShop staff and more. Learn more about TechShop on their website.
