Looking for a new, bold beer to pair with your holiday season? Try out two unique barrel-aged imperial stouts, Volume 1 and Madagascar, that will be joining 4 Hands Brewing Co. in the coming weeks. The brewery will hold ticketed events to celebrate the occasion.

Volume 1 is a 10.5 percent ABV Russian imperial stout, aged in bourbon barrels with cacao nibs and single-origin Colombian coffee. It will be released on Sunday, Dec. 21, at 12pm. Come back for Madagascar’s release the following Sunday, Dec. 28, at noon.  Madagascar is a 9.3 percent ABV imperial milk stout aged in bourbon barrels with whole vanilla beans.

Both Volume 1 and Madagascar will be available on draft and available in bottles. Tickets go on sale Dec. 15 through release dates for $16.99 each. Ticket holders will be guaranteed one 22-ounce bottle of the newly released beer, but may purchase up to six more bottles of each, depending on availability.

Be sure to check out 4 Hands—which was recently recognized as a top brewery in the nation by Food and Wine—for other fun upcoming events, like the Brewery Bazaar this Sunday.
